Ordered this system because it was a stand-alone system and did not need a computer. It works great in our Technician Refraction Room. If we had it in a regular exam room, we would still use one mirror with it so the patient would not accommodate so much. I really like the product and the price is very reasonable.

We have 3, and they work very well. I can't see any differences from the ones that cost 2-3 times more. I highly recommend this to any ophthalmology and optometry practices.

The InSight chart basically consists of a thumb drive plugged into a small flat-screen TV monitor, plus a remote control. Installation and calibration are relatively simple, and I think can be done in less than 2 hours by anyone who has ever attached something to a wall and has even minimal computer skills. Instructions for use of the remote control and distinctly lacking, but I was able to sort out the functions by trial and error within a few days' use.

I have really enjoyed the Insight visual acuity system. Patients can no longer complain about having the chart memorized. I really like all the options, especially for kids. I am happy I got it.
