ReSeeVit Anterior Segment Imaging Systems are used to view and capture high quality contrast images of the anterior segment of the eye. The systems utilize the ReSeeVit elite Digital Camera and Evolution Software to archive the images into a powerful database.

The ReSeeVit HR elite Digital Camera is a direct digital video camera designed from the ground up for ophthalmic digital imaging. We brought our many years of expertise into play in designing these systems. Having one of the highest resolutions in the industry for slit lamp imaging.

Designed to interface with the ReSeeVit line of slit lamps, it utilizes the latest technology to capture extremely high quality images, including endothelial cells.

The HR elite represents the next technological leap forward for the latest generation of ReSeeVit products as demonstrated by the image to the right. This screen capture taken with the HR elite Digital camera interfaced with the elite Slit Lamp shows endothelial cells. These images were captured from the optics of the slit lamp and elite camrra alone!

No other imaging system on the market can capture this quality of endothelium cells directly from the slit lamp.

A variety of systems are available to meet every practitioners needs. Complete systems, including a slit lamp designed from the ground up to incorporate digital imaging, are available offering the best possible image quality utilizing a fully integrated system designed to work in harmony together.

Already have a slit lamp? No problem. One of elite's strongest features is the ability to retrofit onto many of the existing slit lamps already in the marketplace.

The ReSeeVit HR elite Retrofit System will fit on slit lamps with a vertical or horizontal illumination system. The only requirement is it must have an optical head that will accept the digital camera, which most slit lamps do.

 

The elite Digital Camera is specially engineered from the ground up to be used on a biomicroscope. Unlike most ophthalmic manufactures, which start with an off the shelf camera, the elite has proprietary features that make it excel above and beyond our competitors.

The elite's innovative white-balance algorithm reduces noise levels, increases the sharpness, optimizes the dynamic and chromatic gamma and adjusts the white balancing before saving data. This results in a perfect color matching. with vivid and natural coIors, rich tone gradations and excellent tiny details reproduction. It 's high SNR (signal-ta-noise ratio) with a high performance CeD sensor provides perfectly balanced image resolution.

The ReSeeVit Retinal Imaging System utilizes the Canon CR-2 Digital Retinal Camera, which epitomizes state-of-the-art non-mydriatic imaging technology with dramatically reduced brightness, improved overall comfort, and significantly shorter exams. For patients having non-mydriatic retinal exams, the bright flash can be unpleasant. CR-2 focuses on reducing patient stress to provide comfortable retinal exams by significantly reducing the flash intensity. Because retinal exams play an important role in screening for major illnesses, the ease of examining provided by the CR-2 supports overall healthcare for people.

Canon CR-2 Digital Non-Mydriatic Retinal Camera - Incorporates the latest in Canon retinal imaging technology and enhancements in a compact and light design. It can easily be installed and takes up minimal office space and, for added convenience, can remain mobile for easy trans-portation when needed. The illuminated control panel on the CR-2 allows medical staff to easily navigate operations in darkened rooms.


Lower Cost of Ownership -Contributing to a lower total-cost-of-ownership, the CR-2 can help reduce energy costs in medical facilities with its energy-efficient design.


Compact and Lightweight - The small design of the CR-2 provides the smallest footprint of any Canon retinal camera to date and is portable when needed.


Low Flash Photography - The low flash intensity of the CR-2 minimizes miosis, thus shortening the time required for taking multiple exams such as binocular and stereo images. The reduced brightness helps improve patient comfort and reduces the "ghost" image afterexposure.

Ergonomic Control Panel - The simplified design of the control panel can be easily handled by a trained examiner. A one-hand joystick positions the camera for a desirable point of view. In darkly lit rooms, the operation panel illuminates for easier navigation. The 35 mm working distance between the patient and the operator allows easy access to the patient's eyes should they need assistance with opening their eyes.

Topography software will map comparisons and differentials. Includes altimetric maps with spherical, aspherical and aspherotoric reference surfaces. The low illumination level of the keratoscopic rings makes the exam more comfortable for the patient while also assuring a large pupil size.

ReSeeVit's Modi WaveFront Corneal topographer adds the most advanced features available in the market.

ReSeeVit Corneal Topography is one of only a few systemss that features corneal WaveFront aberrometry with advanced Zernike analysis, kerato-refractive indices, keratoconus screening, and visual quality summary with high and low contrast optotypes convolution. Also features powerful contact lens fitting software, preferred lenses analysis and management, and laser link for custom ablation.

The endothelium is the deep layer of the cornea. In a young subject it is about 5 micrometers in thickness and contains about 300,000 hexagonal cells. The endothelium is important for correct corneal function. For this reason, analysis of the endothelium is of fundamental importance for diagnosis of the health of the eye. The most important characteristic of endothelial cells is their lack of reproductive capacity. Age, surgical treatment, and use of contact lenses are factors influencing their quantity and form.

ReSeeVitt Endothelium Specular Microscope Attachment - Permits obtaining electronic images of the patient's endothelium with no instrument/patient contact. It attaches to the ReSeeVit slit lamps for an economical solution for endothelium documentation.

Extremely useful in pre and post transplant examinations, post-cataract surgery examination, and evaluation of trauma damage to the cornea.

Endo-Analysis Software - The endothelium cell analysis software is the product of extensive research, conducted in collaboration with highly-accredited sector professionals in order to ensure the best in technology, quality, and design. The cell count is fully automatic, although it is possible to perform manual editing, should this become necessary. This system also permits automatically counting up to 400 cells from a single image: the large number of cells analyzed permit obtaining statistically relevant and extremely repeatable data. The analysis of the endothelial data and images can be associated with personal patient data and saved in an archive, which can be integrated with the ReSeeVit topography, retinal camera, and digital slit lamp solutions.
   
   

The ReSeeVit™ line of video-ready slit lamps are designed from the ground up for use with digital video imaging. Utilizing an advanced optical design and  multilayered antireflection coating process, ReSee Vit slit lamps provide an unparalleled optical resolution.

Models are available with a vertical or horizontal style illumination column and a wide selection of optical heads. Standard features include an infinitely variable rheostat conveniently located near the joystick and a video imaging trigger switch built into the joystick.
