Galilean optics

  • Not only do these powerful optics allow for excellent anterior and posterior imaging, the ReSeeVit 5 V also offers a five position magnification changer. This imaging truly offers an industry leading range of magnification powers from 6X to 40X which will let you get the digital images you need.
 

 

Binocular tubes

  • The binocular tube of the 5V offers an 8 degree visual convergence. This angle replicates the natural converging angle of the user’s eyes while viewing the eye through the slit lamp. The benefits of this kind of view are multiple including the overall improvement of user comfort, optimization for video and digital imaging and the elimination of diplopia, or double vision.

  • The high eye-point eyepieces are also optimized to create a larger field of view. The digital imaging system eyepieces are also adjustable to the users to assure the image is as clear on the computer monitor as it is while viewing through the slit lamp. This makes the ReSeeVit ™ digital imaging system optimal for both diagnosis by an ophthalmic professional and for digital imaging purposes.

Slit Lamp base console

  • The ReSeeVit 5V is also enhanced by its specialized base. The "console" improves the convenience and ease of acquiring excellent digital video images by assuring complete control of the 5V without the need to remove your hand from the joystick.
  • The variable rheostat offers complete control of the illumination. This level of control is essential because when you the correct level of lighting, you can truly capitalize on the vast differences of slit lamp viewing conditions that are available. You can be confident that you will have proper lighting whether you are viewing an optic section or whether you need a view of the sclera.
  • The ReSeeVit ™ 5V is also designed with usability in mind. A convenient button is provided on the top of the joystick to capture the digital image when the conditions are optimal.
  • The Omni joystick allows height adjustment of the optics by simple rotation and manipulation.

Integrated in-line adapter

The 5V offers an ergonomically designed combination beam-splitter and adapter to integrate video.

 

4-D Mega-Pixel Digital Adpater

The ReSeeVit™ 4-D Mega Pixel Digital Camera is a direct digital video camera with an effective resolution of 4.0 mega pixels. Designed to interface with the ReSeeVit™ line of slit lamps, the 4-D utilizes the latest technology to capture extremely high quality images, including endothelial cells. The 4-D represents the next technological leap forward for the latest generation of ReSeeVit™ products, offering a four fold increase in resolution capabilities. One of the 4-D's strongest features is the ability to retro-fit onto many of the existing slit lamps already in the market place.
