The 940 Chair Glide allows the existing chair to slide back to accommodate wheelchair patients.
Base Plate.
Place the satin finished, stainless steel base plate on any floor surface. Centered on the plate, a stainless steel track guides the carriage and prevents lateral movement. A heavy-duty stop limits the distance of travel. The track is tapered for better patient access.
Carriage A steel carriage fits most Reliance chairs.
Glide System Case hardened steel rollers allow the chair to easily slide out of the way.
ADA Compliance The Chair Glide will help you comply with the mandatory requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The entire cost of this device may be applied to the tax credit provided by this legislation.

The Portable Refractor Arm offers the ability to conduct remote subjective refractions with your manual refractor almost any where. The arm can be installed on any flat surface, such as an instrument table, with the permanent mounting plate. In addition a C-clamp adapter (not shown) is available to allow the arm to be temporarily installed any where. Eight different height settings are provided through the vertical support rod and the included extension. Sturdy locking handles assures the refractor stays in position when locked.
